SwaSwara Holidays

Holidays at SwaSwara are about offering yourself to a new world. Not an escape from the daily humdrum of life, but an introduction to the constant conversation between our own voices. To the realization that the self is not something that one finds, it is something that one creates.

We give our guests a holiday experience that is surreal without being removed from reality. Combining the elements of Yoga, rejuvenative Ayurveda, Art and holistic interactive Cuisine.

Yoga is a way of life at SwaSwara. Here, our Yoga experts will teach you the basics of Yoga and help you recognize the needs of your body and how to respond to them. You will learn the power and synergies of chanting and meditation symbolizing the power of human expression and passion.

Ayurvedic massages and therapies at SwaSwara are designed to refresh your body, soothe away frazzled city nerves, improve blood circulation and put the spring back in your gait.

SwaSwara plays host to talented artists who take up residence and share their energies with you. They will invite you to give expression to your artistry and rediscover the joys of splashing colour and getting down and dirty with clay.

SwaSwara believes that you are what you eat. Holistic food is an intrinsic part of wellness at SwaSwara. We also believe that our guests would benefit from understanding the cuisine served at SwaSwara. We invite you to join us in plucking the vegetables and cooking them, along with our culinary team, in our interactive kitchen gallery.

We recommend a holiday of seven nights to experience all of these elements. The basic SwaSwara Package is of a minimum of five nights.

The serene environment at SwaSwara is designed for rather profound pursuits and the offerings do not include leisure options for children. It is also in keeping with the holistic nature of the experience. As a policy we advocate a guest profile of adults only. However, we would be delighted to welcome young adults who have already attained the age of 12, who may join you on your SwaSwara Holiday.
